Casual Style for Men
Gone are the days when men would wear a suit every day, regardless of whether they were working. Today’s man likes his casual clothes, but still enjoys looking good. Fortunately, there is a vast selection of great clothes that are casual but not scruffy (unless you want that look) and will keep him looking as well as feeling great.
Men’s casual clothes can be broken into two categories – Denim and non-denim. That’s not to say there isn’t a lot of choice – there definitely is! Here are some key pieces to give you an idea what to go for:
Shoes
Carrying over from this summers’ preppy trend, boat shoes are still going strong for winter. Converse all star have the advantage that they go with anything and a pair of sturdy hiking boots are great for when the really cold and frosty weather starts and will ensure there are no nasty accidents.
Jeans
These are a staple of everyone’s wardrobe and are the most versatile items ever. For days when you have to be a little more clean-cut (or it’s freezing outside) a pair of blue jeans are perfect. Bootcut or straight leg are the most flattering on men.
Shirts/ Tees
Depending on personal taste, the casual shirt comes in many forms. Whether it’s cosy flannel or strokeable cotton, long or short sleeve there will be something that will suit everyone and every occasion. Add a fun touch with superhero or cartoon tees (you know you want to).
Hoodies
These can be used as a combination of sweater and jacket for the milder days or can be worn under a warm winter coat when the temperature really drops. Have a look at Joe Brown hoodies for a masculine style that you will love.

Coats
Military style is still going strong this winter and it’s a very flattering look. It will define those braod shoulder and flat stomach… or give you a little help in giving the illusion of them.
